tkbaji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tkbaji platform and all related services. By using the tkbaji website or mobile app, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using any tkbaji services. These Terms may be updated at any time, and the version published on the website after any change will be the one in effect.

1.1 Scope of Services

tkbaji is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and other entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. The service operates entirely in Bengali and supports local payment methods.

1.2 Legal Obligations

The user acknowledges that it is entirely their own responsibility to confirm whether online gaming is legal in the country or region from which they are accessing the service. tkbaji does not support any unlawful activity.

• Each user may create only one account.

tkbaji strictly does not provide services to persons under the age of 21. By creating an account, the user declares that they are at least 21 years old. Providing false information about age is a serious violation and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

This platform is permitted only for users aged 21 or above. Allowing or encouraging minors to participate in gambling is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

tkbaji reserves the right to refuse service to users from certain countries or regions. The user is responsible for confirming that using this service is legal from their location.

tkbaji supports all popular mobile banking and bank payment methods in Bangladesh. The following conditions always apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all payment methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.1 Account Ownership

Deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Using a third party's account for transactions is strictly prohibited and the relevant funds may be forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal, including withdrawals involving bonus funds. tkbaji may conduct a security review before processing a withdrawal request, which may affect the withdrawal timeframe.

tkbaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that the user must follow.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit will receive a 100% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x).

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Two bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• tkbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

The tkbaji VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly, a member can progressively move up to higher tiers and become eligible for weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

All bets on tkbaji are accepted and settled under a defined set of rules. Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled; however, tkbaji reserves the right to void a bet under certain circumstances, such as when a match is abandoned or erroneous odds are published.

6.1 Erroneous Odds

tkbaji reserves the right to void at any time bets placed on abnormal or incorrect odds published due to human or technical error. In such cases, the original stake placed on the bet will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting, including cricket, football, and kabaddi, is settled in accordance with international standards. Should any dispute arise over the result of a match or event, tkbaji's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkbaji. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated funds:

• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Betting through automated bots or software.
• Deliberate betting patterns intended to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts or claiming the same bonus more than once.
• Hacking, cracking, or attempting to compromise platform security.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name.

8.1 Disclosure to Third Parties

In cases of serious violations, funds held in the account may be forfeited.
